Privacy Policy

Privacy should be understandable too.

This page explains what KuveSu currently processes, why it is processed, and how you control optional analytics.

Last updated: August 29, 2026

1. Scope

This policy applies to the public KuveSu website. Learning content can be read without creating a KuveSu account. Infrastructure may process technical request information needed to deliver and protect the site.

2. Contact form

If you contact KuveSu, we process the name, email address, subject and message you choose to provide so we can route and respond to the request. Successful submissions receive an acknowledgement. Do not send passwords, payment-card information, government identifiers, medical records or other unnecessary sensitive information.

3. Cloudflare and security

KuveSu uses Cloudflare infrastructure to deliver and protect the site. The contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile and a Cloudflare-native rate limiter for abuse prevention. The rate limiter uses a one-way SHA-256 digest derived from the normalized contact email rather than the plaintext email as its short-lived key. These controls are security functions, not advertising or behavioral profiling.

4. Optional Google Analytics

KuveSu can use Google Analytics measurement ID G-57W7CZ3GJH to understand page views, navigation and aggregate engagement. Google Analytics is optional: the Google tag is not loaded until you choose Accept analytics. Choosing Reject leaves analytics off.

If your browser exposes Global Privacy Control, KuveSu treats that signal as an analytics rejection in the current implementation. KuveSu does not operate an advertising or behavioral-advertising program.

5. Cookies and browser storage

KuveSu stores a minimal privacy-choice record in local storage so your analytics choice can persist across pages. The record contains the policy version, whether analytics was accepted, and an update timestamp; it is not intended to identify you. Accepted and rejected choices are treated as current for no more than 180 days, after which KuveSu asks again before optional analytics can load. Necessary security or delivery services may use mechanisms required to provide and protect the requested service. Optional analytics storage is not intentionally enabled before analytics consent.

6. Your choices

You can reject analytics and still use the learning library. Use the Privacy choices control in the site footer at any time to reopen the choice and change it. Rejecting analytics stops future optional analytics loading on subsequent page loads. You can also clear site storage through your browser.

KuveSu does not currently sell personal information or use targeted advertising. If future features create additional statutory opt-out obligations, the site will add the applicable controls before enabling that processing.

7. Providers and retention

Cloudflare supports hosting and security. Google Analytics receives analytics information only after analytics is accepted. Contact communications may be retained as reasonably necessary to answer requests, maintain support history, prevent abuse, resolve disputes or meet legal obligations. Provider-side technical data is subject to the relevant service configuration and legal requirements.

8. Children

KuveSu includes material useful to younger learners, but reading does not require account registration. Children should avoid submitting personal information through the contact form without appropriate parent or guardian involvement.

9. Changes and contact

This policy will be updated when KuveSu materially changes its data practices, vendors or purposes. Privacy questions can be sent through the KuveSu contact form.

Current privacy baseline: necessary delivery and security remain available; Google Analytics is consent-gated, can be rejected without losing access to learning content, and stale choices require a fresh decision.
